Join us on the campus of William Paterson University or virtually for a workshop with Warkenda Williams-Casey! In this workshop, you will enrich your dance and movement vocabulary and learn how to move more safely in your music and movement classrooms. Please be sure you dress comfortably in clothes which allow for easy movement!

PARKING: The closest parking lot to Hunziker Hall is Lot 3. However, the gate at Entrance 3 is typically closed for workshops. To access this lot, enter at Entrance 4. Make the fifth right (where it says Lot 4 Row E) and follow until the road curves. Turn left after the Do Not Enter sign and this will lead you to Lot 3. Warkenda G. Williams-Casey, the founder and Artistic Director of Black Swan Ballet Company, is an experienced Elemental Music and Movement teacher, ballet teacher and choreographer, and certified interpreter for the Deaf. She is a certified Rommett Floor Barre® instructor and has studied directly with Camille Rommett in NYC to bring this exceptional technique to dancers in our region. She continues to study of the Orff Schulwerk method of music and movement and brings this experience to her classes as well as her extensive music, stage and education and experience.
